CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.
There is no right of cancellation pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) for goods that are made according to the customer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal requirements (e.g. custom-made wallpaper).

It is sufficient to send the cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your cancellation notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of exercising your right of cancellation.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
