For all orders and services at Four Seasons Kata Lips (as of July 01 2022)

Scope

The following terms and conditions apply both to orders placed via our online store on our homepage www.fourseasons.de, as well as for orders and/or services that come about after personal consultation with us.

Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The contract of sale is concluded with Four Seasons Kata Lips.

1. Products, especially wallpaper samples, can be selected and added to a so-called shopping cart. The contract is concluded by accepting the General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cancellation policy and by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

  • If you have chosen to pay in advance, the contract is concluded at the time the invoice amount is received.
  • If you have chosen the payment method invoice, you will receive an invoice from us after the order. You transfer the total amount within 14 days to the account specified there.

2. Products, especially wallpapers, can be ordered from us by personal arrangement. To conclude the purchase contract, you will receive an email from us with all relevant order information and the terms and conditions. The production order for your wallpaper will be sent to the printer after receipt of payment.

  • If you have chosen to pay in advance, the contract is concluded at the time the invoice amount is received.
  • If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.

About the product

As a standard we offer a customized wallpaper made of ecological non-woven material. You can find more information about it under the link Material. We will have your desired wallpaper made to fit exactly according to your specifications in the desired dimensions. The price will be calculated according to your dimensions. We recommend a margin of 3 cm on all sides of the wallpaper (right, left, top, bottom). In addition, we always recommend ordering a sample first. In particular, the colours displayed by the computer may differ from those of the final product. This may also be due to the individual settings of your computer and monitor. If you would like to have a sample of a specific area of the wallpaper, we can have it made for you.

Prices

The prices quoted are final prices excluding VAT, as the company Four Seasons Kata Lips is subject to the small business regulation. The amount that is communicated or shown at the time of the binding order applies in each case. The prices do not include shipping costs.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the shipping method, shipping location, size and weight of the item(s) you order. You can inform yourself about the details under the link Shipping & Delivery.

Delivery times

The delivery time for samples is usually 6 working days within Germany. A shipment to other countries may take longer accordingly. The delivery time for custom-made wallpaper depends, among other things, on the desired dimensions and the type of wallpaper. As a rule, we can deliver a custom-made product within Germany between 10-12 working days.. A shipment to other countries may take longer accordingly.

Payment

The currency is exclusively Euro.

1. The following methods of payment are available when ordering wallpaper samples:

Invoice

You will receive an invoice from us after ordering. The total amount must be transferred within 14 days to the account indicated there.

Prepayment

If you choose payment in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation. Your order will be shipped only after receipt of payment on our account.

2. When ordering custom wallpaper you can use the following methods of payments:

If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal. After receipt of payment, the order for the production of the wallpaper design will be transmitted to the printing company. As soon as it is produced, it will be sent to you.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

Damages / Defects

Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

Complaints

We cooperate with very reliable service providers who, like us, always strive for the best quality and service. Nevertheless, in rare cases something may go wrong during the production or packaging process. Send us an email with a description of your complaint and a few clear photos (preferably a close-up and a photo of the entire product). Then we can properly assess your complaint and forward the problem to the appropriate department. If a production defect is found, we will send you a new product as soon as possible. Since the wallpapers are custom made, there is no general right of return. The way our wallpapers are designed does not constitute a defect. The different degrees of sharpness and the partly different canvas structures are intended or technically necessary and do not entitle to return the product. Minimal colour deviations are due to technical reasons and also do not constitute a reason for complaint.

Deliveries

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer within Germany, countries of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.

Privacy Policy

Four Seasons Kata Lips respects the privacy of its customers and will never share personal information with third parties unless absolutely necessary. For example, if the ordered product (wallpaper design) must be shipped directly from our producer to our customers.

Copyrights

All copyrights, registered designs and other ancillary copyrights to our designs, drafts and other creations shall remain with us.

Disclaimer

Four Seasons Kata Lips accepts no liability for the data transmitted to us by the customer. This applies in particular to correct data of your self-made measurements of your walls and the resulting order of a wallpaper design from us.
Four Seasons Kata Lips cannot be held liable in any way for any damage to a wall or other surface during, after or as a result of the application or removal of a Four Seasons Kata Lips product. In addition, Four Seasons Kata Lips cannot be held liable in any way for any costs incurred by a professional wallpaper company or independent wallpaper contractor hired by the customer in the application of this wallpaper.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods. The right of return does not apply to individual wallpaper orders, as it is a product made specifically for you. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Four Seasons Kata Lips, Meitzer Weg 58, 30938 Burgwedel, e-mail: shop @ fourseasons.detelephone: +49 (0) 5139 952 8201) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Cancellation Process

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
